Accepting my place
Confirm the acceptance of your study place only after you have carefully read the conditions listed in the admission letter. The registration is binding.
Please also check that the contact details in your account are up to date. If your passport photo does not meet the requirements, you will receive a corresponding note in eApply and will be asked to replace it.
Download registration confirmation
After having accepted your place, your registration will be checked and you will receive your registration confirmation for download. The document can also be used for official purposes, e.g. visa application. Please note that this process will take some time and the document will be issued from May at the earliest.
Registration documents
To complete your registration, you may need to submit additional closing documents. The Admissions Office will provide you with further information on the documents with regard to form, content and deadlines on the 'Registration' page in eApply. If you have any queries regarding the required documents, please contact the Admissions Office.
Please note that enrollment is only possible if you fulfill the conditions defined in the admission letter and submit the relevant documents by the deadline.

Please also confirm in eApply if you do not wish to accept your place at ETH Zurich and select the decisive reason.
